Customise: the project receives a COPY of the palette it follows.

The project leaves the palette it follows (its team or workspace) and receives a copy of it — every task re-pointed 1:1, nothing changes on screen. already_own (409) when it is already on its own palette. MCP sibling: projects_statuses_customize.
