Rename, recolor or recategorize a custom status.

Patches one status. Pass at least one of name, color, category. Changing category moves every task already in the stage with it, in one step: they take the new base status (a stage made completed completes them, with completed_at), keep their stage, and each gets one history entry. The response is the updated status; list the tasks to see them. A status of a team or workspace palette is refused with 409 inherited_palette — it is not changed through a project. The caller must be a manager of the project: on a team project an accepted owner or admin of its team; on a project outside any team, the person it belongs to (403 forbidden otherwise). 404 when the project is not visible to the caller.
