Delete a custom status (hard delete).
Removes the stage. Tasks in it are moved to replacement_status_id (a status OF THE SAME PROJECT AND OF THE SAME CATEGORY, so their base status does not change; another category is refused with 400 and reason: replacement_other_category), or with to_base=true to the category's base column when the project has no other status of that category. A target is required only while tasks are in the status — 409 replacement_required names how many, in how many projects (usage) — and may be omitted for an unused status. Not recoverable. A status of a team or workspace palette is refused with 409 inherited_palette. The caller must be a manager of the project: on a team project an accepted owner or admin of its team; on a project outside any team, the person it belongs to (403 forbidden otherwise). 404 when the project is not visible to the caller. Another status of the SAME palette (the list the deleted status belongs to) and of the SAME category, which receives the tasks in the deleted one. Required — or to_base=true — only while tasks are in it (409 replacement_required with usage otherwise).
true moves the tasks to the BASE column of the category (no custom status; their state is kept) — allowed only when the palette has no other status of that category (400 reason: category_has_other_status otherwise). Not together with replacement_status_id. Any value other than true / false is 422.

Deleted: the id and where its tasks went.
