Send a repurpose draft to a connected scheduler's channels: Postiz or Buffer (schedule, save as a draft, or add to Buffer's queue). YouTube and TikTok drafts are recording scripts and never push. PUBLICLY VISIBLE side effect: defaults to a DRY RUN. When the person asked for this, call it with confirm=true.
