Change a written article's title, meta title (60 characters at most) or meta description (155 at most). The article's URL does not change. Defaults to a DRY RUN describing what would happen. When the person asked for this, call it with confirm=true. On a published article the change also goes to the customer's site.

Requires the write:content scope.
