Write a PLANNED article's body immediately instead of waiting for the scheduled pipeline (generate-only: its publish slot is unchanged). Allowed for past-due slots and up to 3 days ahead, and at most 5 articles in any 24 hours (the dry run reports withinDailyLimit and nextWriteAt). Defaults to a DRY RUN. When the person asked for this, call it with confirm=true. To write several articles, use write_articles.

Requires the write:content scope.
