Queue an outreach email to a prospect. It sends from the workspace's own connected mailbox, paced automatically with a daily cap. Uses the stored draft unless subject/body are given (a reply to a prospect who answered must pass both); a "[Your name]" sign-off in the draft is replaced with the owner's profile name at send time. Dry-run unless confirm is true — a confirmed queue leads to a REAL email being sent. When the person asked for this, call it with confirm=true.

Requires the write:content scope.
