List Tiles

The four tiles for a role, each with a value or the reason it has none.

⛔A TILE WITHOUT A VALUE ALWAYS CARRIES A REASON. The response never substitutes 0 -- design brief 9: "a blank or zero is a lie" -- and the caller is told WHICH kind of empty it is, because they are different facts: a metric with no feed at all names the missing input ("needs a roadmap"), while a wired metric whose window held nothing says so instead. Rendering both as 0 would tell a customer service rep they resolved nothing on a week when no tickets arrived.

definition is returned on every tile and is never blank. It is what turns a red tile from a judgement into a standard, and the schema refuses a definition shorter than a sentence for that reason.
