Converse With Rooster

Say something to Rooster about a bug. Persists your turn and returns.

Calls no model. Rooster is a Goose agent on Frederick's own subscription, dispatched by the local worker, so his reply lands on the conversation a moment later and the chat polls for it. This used to hold the request open across an Anthropic call, which meant a slow model looked like a frozen page.
