My Upcoming Meetings

The meetings THIS person is actually in, for their own Today page.

⛔A DIFFERENT QUESTION FROM /upcoming, WHICH IS WHY IT IS A DIFFERENT ROUTE. That one answers "every meeting the company has ahead", gated on sales grants, because seeing it is what makes cancelling possible. This one answers "what have I got coming up", and the answer is nobody else's business -- so it needs no grant at all, which is the point: most of the company holds no sales grant and had no way to see their own calendar.

Frederick, 2026-09-04: "the meeting that I should see coming up is meetings that you participate in as an employee. So if Cindy's not on a sales meeting, invite, or booking ... then there's no reason for Cindy to have that meeting on her calendar. We're showing her a meeting that she can't join. But if she was added on a booking invite by Locke, then she should see it."

ONE SHAPING PATH. Both routes run _upcoming, so a card cannot come out of one looking different from the other -- the same reason calendar_watch.upcoming_observed is one query with a parameter rather than two that drift.
