Cancel Locke Booking

Cancel a meeting Locke booked, and undo what the booking did.

Frederick, 2026-08-21: "we need the cancel button on the today tab to cancel the meeting because we don't have any way to cancel Locke meetings ... we won't have a way to remove it from our leads and all that."

SAME GRANT AS THE DEMO CANCEL, deliberately. The people who may kill a meeting are the same people whichever page booked it, and a second grant would have to be kept in step with the first by hand.

The response reports each step separately for the reason the demo one does: a vendor may refuse without vetoing the cancellation, and an invite still sitting in somebody's calendar is something a person has to be told rather than have summarised as "cancelled".
