Write Attendance

Attach somebody to every demo, or stop attaching them.

ADMIN ONLY, EVEN FOR YOUR OWN ROW -- the one way this differs from the window beside it. _may_edit lets a person edit their own hours because their hours are theirs; "I am on every sales call" is a claim about everybody else's calls, and nobody gets to make that one about themselves.

A new salesperson needs three things and all three have a surface: the demos:accept grant (admin), their own hours with accepting on (their profile), and the VP flagged HERE so the new person is not booked alone. Before this the third had no write path anywhere and Keith's was set with a hand-run UPDATE.
