Fire the job's real run right now (async)

Unlike POST /jobs/{id}/runs, this does not clone the job into a new billable API run — it starts the same run the job's own schedule or the app's "Run now" button would start, respecting execution_preference/pinned_executor_id. Returns 202 immediately with the run's id and status.
