What a named place, facility or actor is

Free (Starter plan and above). The public-encyclopedia (Wikipedia) profile of a name that appears in the reporting — the article summary, up to six infobox lines and one photo whose licence could be read — quoted from the source, never assessed. basis says what happened: stored or fetched (an article), not_found (no matching article; this is not a sign the name is unimportant), unavailable (the source could not be reached — a temporary failure, not an absence) or plan_locked (the profile is part of the full event detail and was not looked up; see plan_lock). Show attribution and the image licence wherever you display the result.
