Get a monitored area and its measurement history

Free, and needs a plan that includes data export (otherwise 403 forbidden, with denial naming the plan that opens it). Returns one area with the full time series for every metric on it — each measured acquisition, its value, and whether it was flagged anomalous. Anomaly flags come from a median-absolute-deviation test on the series, not a fixed threshold. A metric’s polygon_id is accepted here as well as the area_id.
