Send a test message to your notification channel
Free. Posts one short confirmation message to the connected channel and reports whether it was accepted. If the provider says the channel is gone, the connection is stopped (disabled: true) and has to be connected again in the app. 404 when none is connected; 400 when the connection was already stopped.
