Customer Portal

Stripe Customer Portal session for the customer bound to the API key.

Requires X-API-Key. Serves only the Stripe customer bound to the key's payer_ref (accounts.stripe_customer_id); a customer_id in the body that is not that customer is refused. Until 12.10.2026 this took any customer_id without authentication (invariant c-billing-refuses-anonymous).
