Enable Replication Channels

Phase 2 of MySQL replica setup: add replication channels to a RUNNING replica.

The PXC operator panics if replicationChannels are configured before status.pxc.version is populated. So replicas deploy without channels first (phase 1), then this endpoint regenerates the CRD with channels after the cluster is healthy.
