Update Cluster Aws Info

Update cluster with AWS-specific info for ArgoCD labels (internal).

These fields are used by ArgoCD ApplicationSets to configure:

  • AWS Load Balancer Controller with correct VPC ID
  • IRSA (IAM Roles for Service Accounts) for the LB controller
