Update Cluster Provisioned

Update cluster with provisioned info (internal).

The kubeconfig from provisioning is the admin kubeconfig (IAM auth for EKS, gcloud for GKE, RKE2 admin kubeconfig for Hetzner). It's stored in both fields initially:

  • admin_kubeconfig: Preserved for admin operations (ArgoCD, upgrades, etc.)
  • kubeconfig: Will be replaced with dashboard SA token for read-only access
