Read transactions metrics

Generated minimal contract (#1940): parameters, auth, and status codes are authoritative; see the route handler for the exact body/response shape. data.truncated is authoritative (#1945, #1959): true means at least one in-scope customer's rows are missing from every figure below — either its per-company aggregate failed, or its client-status lookup could not be evaluated — so a 0 here may be a gap rather than a real zero. A customer deliberately excluded by ?clientStatuses= is not a gap and does not raise it.
