The current Advertiser Terms version with its acceptance text and hash, the business's acceptance (version, representative, time), auto-refill state (not offered under the current terms) and every consent record (terms, one-time top-up, save card, auto-refill on/off). Website only: requests from the mobile apps are refused with 403 web_only_action.
