Set where a credentialing firm's practice notices go first, with the firm ID and the firm's access token: notices_to practice sends the missing-documents alerts, the roster change alerts and the Monday status email straight to each client practice under the firm's name; notices_to firm_first sends them to the firm's reply-to address instead, each marked for its practice, for the firm to forward. Returns the firm's view with the setting saved.

Send the firm's access token (header X-Payer-Follow-Up-Token or Authorization: Bearer), or use a session signed in with the firm's email. Emails already prepared keep their recipient; the next ones follow the new setting.
