Per-application plan, after an application's 120 days: buy more weekly checks of it at $4 each.

Body {token, application_id, checks} (checks 1 to 12, default 4); the token may also come in the X-Payer-Follow-Up-Token header, or use a session signed in with the follow-up's email. Returns the payment page; the checks are added when the payment settles.
