Payer follow-ups
Payments

A credentialing firm's view, with the firm ID and the firm's access token: each client practice it runs a weekly payer follow-up for (open, decided and missing-document counts, the next check, its report) and every pending application across them in one list, the ones waiting on a practice first, each as the practice's report shows it. Add ?format=csv or ?format=xlsx for every application (pending, and decided in the last 30 days) as a spreadsheet, one row per application, ready to paste into Smartsheet or Excel.

Send the firm's access token (header X-Payer-Follow-Up-Token, Authorization: Bearer, or ?token=), or use a session signed in with the firm's email. The same token opens each of the firm's practices: GET /v1/payer-follow-ups/{id} and GET /v1/payer-follow-ups/{id}/report. applications lists every pending application, missing documents first, then no record, then by next check; recently_decided lists those decided in the last 30 days.
