Open the payment page for a follow-up that is not paid yet.
The access token (header X-Payer-Follow-Up-Token, Bearer, or body {token}), or a session signed in with the follow-up's email. An open payment page is returned again; an expired one, or one whose delayed payment failed, is replaced.
