Application bundle: read the documents we need to write and submit the applications, with the account ID and the access token. For each clinician whose documents you send: the state license, malpractice certificate, W-9 and CV with work history, a DEA registration for prescribers, and board certification if certified; for each clinician whose documents come from CAQH, or whose payer works from the CAQH profile: the CAQH ID and access for Licium; and once for the group, the IRS letter with its Tax ID. Each document has its status (needed, received, accepted, or needs_resend with the reason) and the type and size of what was sent. The list opens when payment settles.
Same access as the status read: the access token (header X-Payer-Follow-Up-Token, Authorization: Bearer, or ?token= as in emailed links) or a session signed in with the follow-up's email. Only a paid application bundle has documents; any other follow-up returns an empty list and next says why. Each document: kind (state_license, malpractice, w9, cv_work_history, dea, board_certification, caqh_authorization, group_tin_letter), label, hint (what it must show), required (false: only if it applies, such as DEA while we do not know whether the clinician prescribes), status, uploaded_at, reviewed_at, note (needs_resend only: why we ask again), file (type and size of what was sent; never its name) and caqh_id (caqh_authorization only).
