Set an HTTPS endpoint, delegation consent, webhook, or owner email

Send exactly one field. The webhook and owner email fields behave exactly as POST /v1/agents/me/contact: a webhook returns a new webhook_secret once (null removes it); an email gets a 6-digit code.
