Prepare the enrollment's original-book uploads

Creates direct upload URLs for bookkeeping files after the business questions. Bank connections and import settings are not required. Uses source_file by default and accepts CSV, Excel, PDF, or ZIP. Stores the current batch without creating an Assisted Import request until final submission. This prospect action is excluded from MCP.
