Read Google Ads purchase feed configuration and recent eligible purchases

Firm owner/admin only. Returns configured, feedUrl, username, conversionName, lastFetchedAt, lastFetchedRowCount, eligiblePurchaseCount and recentPurchases (orderId, paidAt, value, currency). Passwords are never returned by this read. Available rows and authenticated fetches do not prove Google acceptance.
