Generate Voiceover Audio

Generate a voiceover audio clip using Hume AI text-to-speech.

This endpoint:

  1. Validates the project, scene, and voice
  2. Calls Hume TTS API to generate audio
  3. Uploads audio to CDN
  4. Creates AudioClip record in database
  5. Returns the created audio clip
