Generate Single Video

Generate (or regenerate) a single motion Video entity.

This endpoint generates ONLY the specified video, using videos.elements as the source of truth (video-centric storyboard). It does NOT traverse a scene element sequence.

Includes the same hard billing paywall and usage recording.
