Change Keyframe Camera Angle Project Level

Change the camera angle of a project-level keyframe (no scene_id required).

Uses the Qwen Image Edit 2511 Multiple Angles model to generate the same scene from a different camera angle (azimuth/elevation).

This is the video-centric version that doesn't require scene_id.
