Init Project

Initialize a new project at the start of the agent flow with 'scoping' status.

This endpoint creates the project record early in the flow, allowing assets to be saved during the planning/augmentation phase.

Args: project_id: Client-generated project ID prompt: User's initial prompt session_id: Socket.IO session ID for workflow restoration current_user: Authenticated user db: Database session

Returns: CreateProjectResponse with project details
