Receive an RCS provider update event

Whenever a new provider becomes available in a country, this webhook delivers a real-time notification so integrators can extend their RCS sender launches to the newly available provider. The payload identifies the country and the provider that became available. To receive these events, you need to subscribe to this event over the 'RCS' channel and specify the 'PROVIDER_UPDATE' event.
