Error callback API

When the Infobip platform fails to retrieve or execute Markup Language instructions, it generates a request to the errorUrl you set up in the Markup Language configuration. The request carries the call context together with the error code and details that describe the failure.

Changes

Webhooks have no change history: a webhook is keyed by its event name rather than a path and method, so no recorded change can name it.
