Identity and IP whitelist of the API key making this request

Returns metadata about the API key that authenticated this call. The full api_key value is never returned — only the public prefix (the first 12 chars). The request_ip is the IP that the server observed for this call (useful when debugging why a different IP than expected is being whitelisted).

Used by clients implementing impreza key whoami.
