Register a webhook endpoint (the signing secret is returned ONCE)

Required when events includes an adresse.* or bygning.* event: the area scope (any listed kommune, postnummer, adgangsadresse id or BFE number) of the address and building changes delivered to this endpoint. A BFE matches a building change on the property and an address change on an adgangsadresse the address index places on it.

Required when events includes a cvr.* event: the scope of the company changes delivered to this endpoint — any listed CVR-nummer, or a company whose registered address is (or was, before a move) in a listed kommune.
