Resolve a DAR address by its UUID

The DAWA-replacement address surface: resolve ONE DAR id_lokalId (UUID) to the clean, structured address (vejnavn, husnr, etage/dør, postnr/postnrnavn, WGS84 point). Resolution by UUID only — there is no address search/autocomplete.
