DAR-native address autocomplete

Fuzzy + prefix address autocomplete served from a local DAR index (the live DAR GraphQL host is point-query only). Each hit carries the adgangsadresse UUID, the covering BFE (when stamped), the structured fields and a WGS84 point — the DAWA-replacement search surface.
