Keyless live miljøscreening — only for the featured demo properties

The same answer as /v1/miljoe/screening/{bfe}, keyless and per-IP rate limited, but ONLY for the BFEs the site features (FEATURED_PROPERTY_BFES). Any other BFE is a 404 that names the keyed endpoint.
