Keyless live lokalplan-citater — only for the featured demo properties

The same answer as /v1/plan/ejendom/{bfe}/citater, keyless and per-IP rate limited, but ONLY for the BFEs the site features (the /plandata-api picker). Any other BFE is a 404 that names the keyed endpoint.

Comma-separated topics: solceller, tagmateriale, tagform, reflekterende, hoejde, bebyggelsesprocent, farver. Default: all.
