Send a signed test (a ping, or an example of one event); returns the live outcome
Without a body (or {}) this POSTs the classic ping. With { "event": "<name>" } it POSTs an example of that event, marked "test": true, so a receiver can be exercised on the exact shape it will get. kilde says where the example came from: log (the newest real change in the log, inside the endpoint's scope when one exists there), konto (your own job, key or plan) or eksempel (a fixed example). A test is not stored as a delivery.
