Re-deliver one delivery (same body, same event id; queued, sent within a minute)

Queues a new delivery carrying the original body byte for byte — the same id and X-Grundfast-Delivery, plus X-Grundfast-Redelivery: true — so a receiver that de-duplicates on the id treats it as the same event. 409 while the event already has a delivery queued, or while the endpoint is paused. Session, or an API key with the webhooks scope (403 without it, or for a team member who may not change webhooks). Requires Pro. At most 120 calls an hour per account (429 with Retry-After).
