The caller’s failed calls, grouped, with a sample request each

Dashboard view behind "Forklar fejlen". One entry per (key, method, route template, status, error text with numbers folded), newest first, with a count and the latest concrete request as the sample. Free-text query values are stored as their length only, credentials never; kept 30 days. Session-only: an API key, even one with the usage scope, gets 403.
