Search wage determinations

Filter Davis-Bacon (DBA), Service Contract Act (SCA), and CBA determinations. Common patterns:

  • All active DBA WDs in Cook County, IL: ?type=DBA&state=IL&county=Cook&active_only=true
  • Track revisions since a date: ?date_from=2026-04-01&active_only=true
  • Look up by number: ?wd_number=AK2026

Returns at most 100 records per page. Pagination via limit + offset.
