Prevailing-wage floor for one occupation (distribution)
The labor-cost FLOOR for one occupation, aggregated across wage determinations: base hourly percentiles + the Health & Welfare fringe + how many WDs set it. The /rates listing gives the individual county rate lines; this gives their distribution in one call, what a services bidder needs to price loaded labor, which on an SCA contract drives the bid far more than the award value.
Provide occupation_code (exact, preferred) or classification (substring). The binding rate on a given contract is the county-of-performance floor; this is the national distribution. Free on every plan.
