Public endpoint - returns agency name standardization mappings (rebuilt nightly by the crosswalk task in app/cron_housekeeping.py, which has no weekday gate and runs at 01:30 UTC).

Each row is enriched with the matched federal_hierarchy entry (organization_id, cgac, type) when the canonical_agency resolves to a SAM Federal Hierarchy org. ~99% match rate. Use organization_id to call GET /api/v1/federal-hierarchy/{id} for structured data.
