Rename an AI Studio group

Explicitly change a group's display name without modifying its identity or FGA.

Requires the configured Studio caller. Autonomous Terraform needs no group FGA grant; runtime must forward a user. Only displayName is accepted. Readonly and deleted groups cannot be renamed. Unlike metadata import, this action may replace an existing non-placeholder name. With X-User-Authorization, require selected-scope Studio workspace owner and the live group/organization boundary. Service grants cannot replace that user.
