Remove an AI Studio group member

Remove one direct membership, without modifying org links or grants.

Requires the configured Studio caller. Autonomous Terraform needs no group FGA grant; runtime must forward a user. User ids are Auth0 subjects, service-account ids are Dock ids or gcpsa segments, and nested-group ids are exact FGA ids. An optional matching kind: prefix is normalized before dispatch. Readonly/deleted groups cannot be edited. With X-User-Authorization, require selected-scope Studio workspace owner and the live group/organization boundary. Service grants cannot replace that user.
